Sasha is the driving force behind Compass. With over 10 years of accounting experience and two honors degrees in finance and accounting, she brings technical expertise and a focused passion for service.

She's made it her sole mission to serve barbers — specifically the IDNTY team — dedicating her entire career to helping them succeed. The last three years have been spent studying the challenges, habits, and goals of barbers firsthand, building a unique approach designed for them, with them in mind.

Nguyen.

Anen founded IDNTY and has spent the last 10 years building and leading the brand. With 8 years behind the chair as a barber himself, he deeply understands the craft, the lifestyle, and the journey.

Now full-time in business operations, he leads strategic planning and big-picture thinking — always analyzing new ways to push the culture forward and help barbers grow not just as artists, but as business owners.

Nicole is the steady hand behind the scenes at Compass. Three years deep in bookkeeping and growing into the firm's right-hand operator, she's the reason files are where they should be, invoices and receipts go out on time, payroll runs without drama, and no client email slips through the cracks.

She learns directly from Sasha and has taken on that same standard of precision and care. Quietly ambitious, sharp with detail, and unafraid of the unglamorous work that keeps everything running. The kind of teammate every firm wishes they had two of.
